Hi i have a blackberry 9700 with broken/cracked screen which is now white i have tried replacing with another screen and it is still white ,i know the screen is good as it is off my other 9700 ,i swapped it back and it is fine.
Can you tell me what it could be? or estimated cost for repair

there are differen versions of the screen 002/111 and 004/111, it's probably not compatible from your other phone.
buy the right screen and install it, it will be fine.
