iPhone bottom keys of virtual keyboard don't work

If your touch screen has any areas that are not responding, you usually have to replace it all together. Some people claim there is a method of increasing the sensitivity replacing a plist file (just google that), but i'm not sure if that works. It definitely works to replace the touch screen, part is on ebay and there are online guides that show you how to do it.
