My IPod is not working properly. It started freezing in the middle of a song, and now it shows the famous sad face and the disc is crackling. I really don't know which generation it is, as there is nothing written in the back. I bought it at EBay a few years ago, and it has 20 GB. It's white with the Menu wheel. Please, let me know if it's repairable, and how much it will cost me. Also, if it's repairable, how long will it take to repair it.
