My husbands iphone got wet in the ocean as he ran to rescue our daughter in a big wave. Saved our daughter from a sneaker wave, but that sneaky wave got the iphone and now it will not power on, dead! Better it than our daughter! Is there any hope with out paying a fortune to fix it? Thanks! Dawn

If you can open your iPhone you can try to remove the remaining corrosion with a brush and spray the device out with compressed air.
