MY KENDLE 2 HAS LINES GOING THROUGH THE SCREEN, IT STILL POWERS UP BUT YOU CAN'T READ THE SCREEN.

If the lines are zig-zagged throught he screen, it is cracked and needs replacement $169 for screen $59 for installation. If the lines are parallel you just have an internal grounding issue, it's $99 for fix that up.
