Zune says "contact support error 5"

i have a zune 120 gb it keep saying "contact support error 5" on the screen. i reboot it still says the same error message

The the hard drive spins normally (hold it to your ear) and listen, then i would assume it's a broken hard drive cable or logic board. If the hard drive does not spin, or makes clicking or grinding noises, then your hdd needs replacement. http://www.portatronics.com/index.php?c ... 20GB-.html
