Can you tell me about how much you would think it would cost to fix a Zune80g that doesn't turn on. When I plug it in, the software doesn't come up and the screen stays on but with no writing or words. Just a back-lite screen is always on when plugged in to the computer. Also, my computer won't re-boot when it is plugged in. I have to unplug the Zune to power down.

I have the same problem: my Zune won"t go to the main menu. It is an 80 gb Zune. The screen is lit, but all you can see is black. I have tried discharging it and recharging it, hold back and up/down, and nothing works. I am wondering if you know the problem
