I dont see why not. I have a 120 that the screen was getting dusty underneath so I ordered a new cover. The case is fairly easy to remove. Start at the top and work down one side, then the other. careful not to pry too hard or your cover will break. I was sent a "case removal tool" which was useless. I used a fine flat screwdriver. Remember: Carefully.
Once the cover is removed, the hard drive needs to be removed by lifting the foil tape off of the drive and then unplugging the ribbon cable from the board. These cables are kinda fragile so again, CAREFULLY. Plug in your working drive and reapply the foil tape. Test the functions before you put the cover back on to avoid frustration should that not work.
Slide the cover back into the slots and you should be good to go.
Cheers
