I had portatronics fix my IPOD a few weeks ago and unfortunately it didn't recover from the surgery. It was no fault of his, the player was just too old and past it's time. He did tell me that it might not make it but we should try and he would honor his work. I am pleased to say he did reimburse me for the work when I went back to see him.
