    Step 10

Below the clamp are 2 more torx 5 screws that need to be removed.

    Step 11

    Step 13

The next step is the side plastic pieces need to be removed.  This is done easily using the green opening tool to create space between the silver plasic edging and the phone.  Once there is space the edge pieces can be removed.

    Step 12

The silver edge pieces should come off easily once you slide the green tool along the edge creating space between them and the phone.  DO THE SAME FOR BOTH SIDES.

    Step 15

Once the 2 silver edge pieces are removed the backplate can be seperated from the frontplate.  There are some clips on the side that hold it in that can be unclipped using the flathead screwdriver.  If you do that the backplate will come off much easier.

    Step 16

This  is what the pearl looks like after the backplate is removed.

    Step 17

Once the backplate is removed the frontplate can be removed easily.

It basically can be pulled right off the Blackberry 8100 logic board.

    Step 18

All that is left is the main logicboard. Here it is from the front with the Blackberry 8100 LCD on top and the keypad on bottom.

    Step 19

This is the backside of the Blackberry 8100 logicboard with the processor, camera, integrated memory, camera etc.

    Step 20

The Blackberry 8100 LCD screen can be removed by releasign the flap that holds the ribbon cable in on the frontside of the logic board.
