I recently replaced the battery in my Nuvi 660. It seems as though the install went off with no problem. Now my unit will not accept a charge from the car adapter but will when I connect it to a wall socket. Normally on my car adapter there are 2 lights (green and yellow). The green still comes on when I plug it in the cigarette lighter, but when I connect the Nuvi the yellow light doesn't illuminate.
Which connection should I reevalute to determine if it is connected, or is this something that happens when amateurs mess with stuff they know nothing about?
One of the ribbon cable did come out, but I lifted the locking device and pushed the cable back in. It was the small ribbon cable closest to the center of the unit.
