i have a garmin 178C chart plotter/sounder. it has a built in card reader (bluechart) and there is a 28 gauge 20 conductor (made by axon) ribbon cable between the card reader and the card slot. garmin apoligized for them not selling internal parts for their units. i aplogigized in advance for not replacing the unit with another garmin.
all the unit needs is that ribbon and i have no idea where to locate one, any thoughts?
