I have a 60Csx. One of the battery clips broke. Garmin wants $110 to repair
it. Can it be repaired?

Is the clip broken or did it just become detached from the connector? You may be able to reposition the clip into the connector. If that fails you can attempt soldering it. It's only three wires, try to maintain the same color coding. Otherwise a third party service will have no problem reconnecting it for you for a reasonable price.
