Creative Zen in Recovery Mode?

Postby Drea » Sun Apr 26, 2009 4:29 am

My Creative Zen M Vision out of the blue went into Recovery Mode. Tried reboot, really don't want to reformat because of the HUGE photo album loss that will be,
found your site, had to ask if you might be able to reset or restore it before I replace it. I only have my favorite audio books, movie and 7 years of my best/only pictures on it would love to salvage it.

Look forward to hearing if you can fix it, thanks,

Andrea

There is a good chance the files can be recovered. The hard drive of the Zen Vision M is compatible with an iPod video, so it can just be connected to a generic iPod video board to get access to the data. It will simply show up as an external hard drive in windows explorer if connected through an iPod video logic board. You can try to have a tech savy friend help you with this or contact us at info@portatronics.com and we can do it for you.
