I got my nano wet and the screen works, image visible but I don't see any backlight, Apple store doesn't replace it because of the water. Help!

The back light on these small devices are not practical to replace, it is somewhat fused into the screen. The back light issue could easily be a motherboard one as it could also be the screen itself.
