the ipod 3rd gen nano is notorious for this issue. you've replaced the screen, so you it's gotta be your logic board.
the last thing you can try, although it is adventurous is to remove the battery ,place the board on a safe metal plate or table and reflow it it for 50 sec with a heatgun at an inch distance. keep plastic parts that could melt out of the way and use this method at your own risk. the goal is essentially to heat the board enough to remelt connections on the logic board that may have come loose. chances of success around 30%.
