I have one crack in the upper left corner of my 3GS about 2 inches long, and now the entire left side of the touch screen is non-responsive. What do I need to replace in order to fix this problem? Thanks.

If the image is intact (no bleeding ink), then all you have to replace is the digitzer (touch panel) of your iPhone. Take off the assembly and remove the touch panel from the glue. There is are detailed iPhone repair guides on the web.
