the apple store has a replacement plan that will give you a refurbished unit if you pay. if you want to do the replacement yourself, here are instructions online that show you how to take the backplate off and resolder the battery. search around on the interenet and they will show up. otherwise you can send it to a third party service to do it for you, you might find something local in your area too.
