Faster Answers

The phone has been restored and jailbroken. I have no sim so I can use as an ipod. My problem is that it has no wifi and no bluetooth and no baseband. Is there a way to erase and reload an original baseband and bootloader. I also try to shut the phone off and it just reboots instead of shutting down. Any help with this??
