I have a first gen kindle. The screen went black and has lots of small horizontal white lines onit. It was in it's case but took about a 2 foot fall. I called amazon and they said that the screen must be broken even though it looks perfect physically. How much would it cost to fix the screen? I'm assuming it must be replaced
