Hi, I have a kindle 1, that was frozen , It stucked on one img .I tryed reseting from the back and now it shows lines.When connected tru USB the comp can't recognize it and it dosen't charge. When is on regular charger the ligh is on and the scrow works.

Hard to say without seeing it. What do the lines look like? Horizontal or vertical? What happens if you try to reset it again?
is the charning light on when you plug it it?


If you have a lot of deep black horizontal lines that don't seem to change at all when you restart then,
